Our products are one-of-a-kind and designed to rival any competing medical scrubs in the marketplace.  Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received, simply return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (refund does not include shipping fees). 

All embroidered items or laundered garments showing visible wear are not returnable, unless defective.  Garments must be in their original packing and original condition with any and all tags, instructions and manual. 

Regrettably, original shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
